Received treatment for a scratched eyeball after being swooped by a magpie in the park in Fremantle.
Broke my left hand ring finger while sparring...
In preperation for this weekends karate grading.
Passed my 1st dan grading..for the third time!
And finished my concrete kitchen countertop....phew
A bit of a change from the original!
