The side shelf is available if you would to add more surface area around the stove top. The side shelf comes in stainless steel and is easily assembled. This option will give you an added 20" x 9" prep area attached to the side of the stove. The side shelf is constructed of 304 stainless steel 16 gauge and has two nickel chrome brackets for support.
