This is a platter of different Filipino delicacies called puto or rice cakes. Rice cupcakes because they are molded in tiny cups. This was just ordered online because almost all businesses in our area are now available online and for delivery because of the Covid-19 situation. Puto or rice cupcakes could be bought in small stalls along the streets before but now it has to level up to this so those sellers could earn. This usually sells 5 Pesos a piece (50 Pesos = 1 USD). Now, this bilao full of puto sells 500 Pesos because it includes the bilao or the platter that's lined with banana leaves and the cling wrap cover. This is a good piece on the table if you have a small gathering in your home with family and friends. We cannot have a big party because of Covid-19 protocols, but we can do a maximum of 10 people and we need to take note of social distancing and all other precautions like wearing a mask and face shield.
