Coins or sometimes called coins are metals that are used as a means of economic transactions and are usually issued by the government. Usually coins are round but this is not always the case. A coin usually has two sides: a side that displays the value of money being represented and the opposite side which is usually in the form of an image. Coins from royal countries usually feature a picture of the head of state on this last side.
The coin has a history of thousands of years although it is not known exactly where and when the first coin was made. But it is believed there are three different traditions:
- Ancient China
- Ancient India
- Ancient Greece
