All geographical region including lowland, hills and Himalayan parts of the country are familiar with these cuisines and prepared with own styles. Often regarded as strong drink, homemade wine from millet or rice (locally known as “Raksi”) and millet beer (locally known as “tongba”) are popular among Nepalese people. Raksi is produced and sold commonly at local “bhatti” shop scattered all around and consumed by any age.1200px-Tongba.jpg
