Recently I started researching on the hardest working athletes and as many of you guys already know, Kobe Bryant has the most relentless work ethic amongst athletes. He sleeps 4 hours a day, and even makes 800 shots BEFORE his team training starts. That's 5,600 shots more than an average NBA player in a week, and 291,200 shots in a year. And this is only including the shots he makes, not adding the missed shots.
So I wanted to really find out what drives a person to keep this up for more than 20 years (even before his NBA days). Turns out, there was a lengthy interview about what drove him and made him be the best at what he does. Check out the video link below.
