New planet mma repo

There's a lot of turmoil on Kodi addon scene recently, with TVAddons, Zem TV and others. That made a lot of addons unavailable thru TVAddonsrepository. Here's new repo where you can find Planet MMA addon. Just go to video addons when repository is installed.
