I've been using Koinex for a while, they used to be really good when launched with their instant deposit and withdrawal features. After the market crash it has been struggling to come back with a solid withdrawal system.
They did try to give some explanations for a few weeks, but now they are just hiding from the customers that they have stopped withdrawals. What I mean is that you will not know that withdrawals to bank are on hold unless you try to withdraw money to your bank. This is a clear example of taking advantage of market dominance and cheap business.
How can they show the same popup "withdrawals are temporarily disabled" for more than a month? does that sound temporary to you? I doubt. They are just bluffing with customers else they would have fixed it by now.
Silly reasons like banks and payment gateways stopping support cannot cover them from holding back customers money. All of our money is stuck and trading badly affected, customers are making huge losses. Leaving only option to move the coins to other exchanges. If it was really with the banks, how are other exchanges operating?
While going through the comments in their blog posts, I could find lot of dumb disciples supporting their lame excuses. You guys are warned. How can they trust the same lie again and again?
I feel coindelta.com is more reliable and are expected to resume registration by 25th of January. Bitbns.com also seems good so far.. finally it is the time to trash koinex and move on to other sites.
