Today we got an order in for kombucha from local Verde Vegan which serves it in mixed drinks on their menu at the restaurant. It was our first time delivering these new labeled bottles to them so we had to clue them in on the fact that we aren't asking for bottle deposits anymore. While Verde Vegan always gives them back, it's going to be much easier keeping all the important bottles at home, only sending out cheaper less expensive ones.
Only a year ago I started brewing kombucha and now I am looking at expanding so my kombucha will be seen all over the city, we shall see! Only time will tell!
