Korean food, Ssam bap
Ssam(쌈) means any wrapped food in lettuce or other edible leaves.
You can also have ‘ssam’ when you eat Korean bbq.
‘Bap’ means rice, so literally, Ssam bap means rice wrapped in leaves.
If you visit ssambap restaurant you can choose the main dish such as steamed pork(수육), stir-fried spicy pork or snails soybean paste soup
