Vice Chairman of KPK Basaria Panjaitan supports if there is my agent of Women Anti-Corruption (SPAK) forward in legislative election 2019. According to him, SPAK agent is one who has tired of seeing corruption.
"We hope that (SPAK agents become legislative members), but this SPAK is not like ordinary socialization, we come, we socialize, then it is ceremonial also there is a willingness of myself that I am sick of corruption," said Basaria in Hotel Bidakara, South Jakarta, Monday (11/12/2017).
He also explained that there are currently thousands of SPAK agents spread across 34 provinces. Basaria calls the SPAK agents taught to dare to report and fight if they see the act of corruption with the slogan 3L: View, Fight, Report.
"If he sees something is not right, he has to fight, the next step he has to dare to report," Basaria said.
However, Basaria hopes that the number of corruption reporting cases will continue to decrease, which means that the corruption eradication movement in Indonesia is successful. "Hopefully no one reported because it's all good," he explained.
Basaria briefly explained the reason for the Commission in initiating SPAK since 2012. According to him, 80 percent of a child's education, including honesty education, is provided by the mother.
"We have a study on education given by mothers and fathers, 80 percent said that children receive education from mothers so we have thought we should give education to mothers, mostly to women," he said.
Previously, the SPAK movement won a world-class anticorruption award in the Anti-Corruption Excellence Award (ACE Award).
