Haro, as you might know if you has read other of my blogs, I'm Dante Grech, and I'm here to bring you a new post.
As you could read on the tittle today's post is about MAMAMOO's 6th mini album: Yellow Fower. MAMAMOO is one of my favourite female K-POP groups and this album was such a blessing from the members of the group. I hope you all enjoy the post
What we have up is the cover of the mini album.
This album is the first part of the project: 4 seasons, 4 colours by MAMAMOO. In this project every integrant of the group represents one colour and season of the year (spring, summer, autumn, winter) that were reveled in the pre single song "Paint me" :
- MoonByul's colour: Red
- WheeIn's colour: White
- Solar's colour: Blue
- Hwasa's colour: Yellow
That means that this is Hwasa's mini album and represents the spring. This album was released on March 7th with the tittle songs "Starry Night" and 6 more songs.

- Intro + Star Wind Flower Sun
At the beggining of the video we can hear the intro, this was released in New Zealand and are the girls of MAMAMOO at some beach singing an acoustic version of "Star Wind Flower Sun", then we start to listen the studio version of the song. This song was wrote by Solar and MoonByul and it's dedicate to the MooMoos (the name of their fanbase), how they love and want to meet all the MooMoos.

Also as this Hwasa's solo song we wanted to colaborate with the lyrics, and she said that usually when springs comes people get really excited and happy, we wanted to give it like another point of view, like that feeling of all is going to be al right, that we got to stay in calm in peace, like just existing with everything that is around us, she talked about that "gloominess" that we all have and inside and can't explain. There's a part of the lyrics that is something that her father used to tell her when she was down at home "아빤 한번 웃으면 걱정 두 개가 사라진 데" (Appan hanbeon us-eumyeon geogjeong du gaega salajin de) (Dad said if you smile once, two of your worries will desappear".
- Paint me
This song is more about that things and memories that the person that we love leave on us. Is about all those feelings, rushes, words, all those things that paint our souls and remind us that we matter for someone, that we can feel and we are alive. I strongly love this song. This is the pre released song that started the project: 4 seasons, 4 colours.
Neither "Rude boy" nor "Sprig fever" have an MV, but although I'm going to talk to you about this songs.

"Rude boy" is about that pretty good looking guy that every girl has meet at least once. To trust him even when you know the truth, you're not the only one, girl, the, why you want to give him your heart?
---> Spring fever
You know when you feel like everyone else is in its own issue but you're just looking around? Well this something is almost like that, when you that the world is spining but you don't follow that feeling, you feel strange even in your own body.
My opinion of this album is that is something really quiet, really soft and nice. I use to listen to it in my room when I'm alone or in a quiet place, because it's like a healing album, you know? I feel that can repair my tough day when I arrive home from work or just a day where nothing was like it supposed to.
