Coated Sweet Chilli Dumplings 양념 치킨이 아닌 양념 만두!

Since I live in Paris, I get to eat a lot of korean food. But still, eating out is so expensive. As well as delivery food. They charge for delivery fee. In Korea, not only delivery food is cheap they are so super popular and of course no delivery fees!

So, here in Paris, my boyfriend and I we do often get take-away foods.

Alors!

I got lazy to do all the preparation for deep frying chicken chunks. I replaced it to dumplings. Vegetable dumplings and asian foods are very cheap compared to western food.

Luckily, I found the perfect magic sweet chilli sauce. It's on Naver's blogs. literally, everywhere.

Here's the recipe I got. I used so many times and yeah, it always works!

Even one of our share mate was amazed by this and asked what's in it!

1TB chilli paste
1TB say sauce
1TB chilli powder
2TB ketchup
2TB garlic
2TB sugar
5TB corn syrup ( you can skip, if it's hard to find. )

It's chilli yet sweet and you can taste the touch of garlic. It makes you want to keep eating! arrrggg, so so good!

Oil the pan, dump the dumplings, when it's cooked, slowly pour the mix and let it blend all together on low heat and if it seems sticky, you can splash some water a little.

파리에 살고 있어서 한식을 많이 접하지만 외식은 비싸고 그래서 배달되는 양념치킨이 너무 그리워요...여기는 배달음식이 있어도 꼭 배달비가 붙더군요...그리고 파리 물가는 정말 비싸서 외식이라 해봤자 테크아웃을 많이 하거든요

이번엔 튀기기 귀찮으니까 만두로 대체했습니다.

양념소스는 네이버 블로그에서 찾았어요. 심지어 저희 쉐어메이트 프랑스인 친구가 뭐가 들어갔냐면서 너무 맛있다고 가르쳐 달라고 했었거든요. 호호. 한국의 양념치킨. 뿌듯뿌듯.

고추창 한스푼, 간장 한스푼, 고춧가루 한스푼, 케쳡 두스푼, 다진마늘 두스푼, 설탕 두스푼, 물엿 다섯스푼.

오일 넣고 팬에 만두를 익히고 양념소스를 쏵 부어 주세요. 약한 불에 버무려 주다가 너무 끈적?하다 싶으면 물을 좀 살짝 넣어 볶아 주시면 됩니다. 흐흐.

매콤하면서 달콤, 그리고 마늘의 터치가 느껴집니다. 요것을 다른 음식에도 접해도 괜찮겠어요. 떡꼬치도 이런 양념 아닐까요?
