Materials needed for garaetteok:

350 grams of rice flour
120 ml of water
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Seasoning ingredients:

2 tbsp gochujang or Korean chili paste
1 teaspoon chili powder or can also use ½ tsp chili powder locally
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
The main ingredient:

500 gram garaetteok (if you do not want to make it yourself)
500 ml of water
1 cloves of cut onion
2 pieces of chopped onion
250 grams of fish cake cut into 5cm sizes
200 grams of carrots cut with a length of 5cm
