A healthy diet with Kimchi...???
Korea in addition to the famous boy band and girl band, Korea has a famous food and much in demand by many people in the world that is kimchi. Perhaps many of us have never felt the name of this one food.
Kimchi is a traditional food from Korea country, one type of pickled vegetables fermented with spicy seasoning. After salted and washed, the vegetables are mixed with herbs made from krill shrimp, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper.
I had seen the BBC Knowledge show on Korean Cuisine, It's explained that Korean Food is well known and that kimchi is good for health.
Kimchi is a healthy food because it contains vitamins A, B, and C, but the greatest benefit is "healthy bacteria" called lactobacilli, which is found in fermented foods such as kimchi and yogurt.
Kimchi is part of a high-fiber and low-fat diet that keeps Koreans protected from obesity. Want to be pretty and handsome ala-ala korea? Eat kimchi 😅😅😅
Slightly telling about the taste when I tasted kimchi among some stores that provide kimchi, I immediately decide if I do not like it. It feels very stinging like vinegar with a strange spicy flavor plus a bit of rancidity. Because I myself never really liked food that smells too sting. But what makes me think that Koreans can not eat without being accompanied by kimchi, even they can just eat it like a snack. Hehe..
Had seen in an event on international television where when shown some candidates chef in France who disliked kimchi when first tried to try and that in Germany was kimchi made with flavors tailored to the tongue of Europe, rest assured if my tongue is also not wrong. Hehe..
Maybe that's the story of a healthy diet with kimchi tonight, for friends who have the desire may not be wrong to try this one korean food.
