안녕하세요 스팀잇님들:)
저는 아침, 저녁마다 조깅을 하곤 합니다
주로 집 근처나 회사 근처를 뱅글뱅글 도는것도 나름 큰 운동이 되더라구요
헬스장도 끊어놓고 운동하긴 하지만, 조깅은 역시 밖이죠:D
이곳은 한강변 중에서도 산책하기 너무나도 좋은 잠수교 입니다
아직 해가 떠오르기 전 예쁜 하늘 감상해보고 가세요
