소 한마리로 릴레이 나눔을 33년째 이어오는 마을, Village that has been sharing relays for 33 years

소 한 마리가 한 집안의 큰 재산이던 시절이 있었습니다.

그 시절 시작했던 '송아지 보내기 운동'이 33년째 이어져 내려오는 마을이 있습니다.

충남 서산시에 사는 김규환 씨.

그동안 정성 들여 키운 송아지 한 마리를 인근 마을 주민에게 전달했습니다.

마을 전통으로 내려오고 있는 송아지 기탁행사였는데요.

암송아지를 기탁받은 사람이 3년 동안 잘 키워 어미 소를 만들고 이 소가 암송아지를 낳으면 다른 농가에 전달하는 방

식이었습니다.

지금까지 39개 농가가 혜택을 주고 받았는데요.

송아지를 받은 이기자 씨는 3년간 잘 먹이고 키워 또 다른 이웃에게 암송아지를 선물하겠다는 각오를 밝혔습니다.

30년 넘게 이어오고 있는 '송아지 보내기 운동'이 주민들 사이를 더욱 훈훈하게 하고 있습니다.

이렇게 33년 이어온 송아지 나누기 릴레이 나눔이 주위 수많은 주민들에게 삶에 희망을 주는

방식이 나만이 아닌 우리라는 사회현상으로 많이 퍼져 나가길 바래 봅니다.

When a donor of a female calf was raised for three years to make a cow and the cow gave birth to a calf, it was delivered to the other farmers.

So far 39 farmers have benefited from it.

After receiving the calf, Mr. Ki-ja has been well fed and raised for three years and has decided to present a calf to another neighbor.
