Make Japchae really easy! Stir-fried Japchae:
Prepare 1 handful (120g) of glass noodles, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, 1 handful (30g) of chives, 100g of beef, and 1T of rice wine.
Mix water 1/4cup, soy sauce 3T, sugar 1T, sesame oil 2T, and salt a little as [seasoning ingredients] and marinate the meat
with it. Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat and set it aside. Stir-fry the onion, carrot, and mushroom in order with
a little salt. Add the soaked noodles and water 1/4cup to the stir-fried vegetables and stir-fry with soy sauce 3T and sugar
1T. Finally, add the stir-fried meat and chives and stir-fry briefly. Add sesame oil 2T to finish.
