powershell에서 설치
Get-ExecutionPolicy가 제한적이지 않아야 됩니다.Get-ExecutionPolicy를 실행했을때Restricted라고 나오면Set-ExecutionPolicy AllSigned실행하거나Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process실행하면 됩니다.
