아닛.. 이 많은 자료를 혼자 준비하신겁니까???? 대단하십니다... 덕분에 소주에 대한 상식이 풍부해졌네요 ㅎㅎ 개인적으로(소주를 못마셔서) .. 제가 알기론 우리나라 소주가 가격을 유지하기위해서 더 업그레이드 된(?) 술을 만들지 않는다고 하던데 ㅠㅠ 안타깝습니다... 그 소주의 끝맛이 너무 싫은데... 소주는 소주대로 나두고 그 윗단계를 만들어줬으면 하는 ...하소연을 여기서 하고가네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 암튼 좋은글 감사합니다!

과거에 곡물이 부족할 때, 금주령까지 내려지면서
소주의 성분이 상당히 후진걸로 만들게 되었다는 이야기를 뒤늦게 듣고
어휴 그 좋지도 않은 걸 들이부었나 짜증이 좀 났었네요.
머 사실상 회식 자리 등에서 대안이 없는 시스템이긴 했지만요.
지금은 사실 흔한 소주/맥주는 웬만하면 안 마시는 쪽으로 하는데..

우리 나라 소주문화의 문제점은 저 대한주정판매 인것같습니다. 여기서 독점해서 싼값으로 공급해버리니 새로운 시장이 나오기 힘들 것 같습니다. 게다가 여기가 국세청과 밀착관계가 심하다죠? 대표적인 정경유착지점아닌가 싶네요. 저런 곳이 없어져야 주류문화의 다양성이 회복하리라 봅니다.
그나저나 지금 점심먹고 왔는데 급 소주가 댕기네요... 빨리 퇴근하고 싶은 날입니다.
