Let’s breakdown this question in.

First: Wallets are same for all countries and does not have any accustomed usage policy merely on the basis of country or region. But exchanges have this policy and they do not let some countries to trade on their respective platforms. For example, Coinbase won’t let you trade. They support a handful of countries, mainly Western.

For best multi-currency wallets you can use;
Bittrex
Bitstamp
Holytransaction
Bitpay
Poloniex
Kraken
Exodus
Coinomi
Electrum
Jaxx

Note: You should know that most of them are primarily works as an Exchange.

Second: You don’t have to do anything to exchange securely there’s a system in place that makes sure, you trade securely. All you can do is to put figures right i;e Volume, price and order type. You can only secure your wallet by putting a 2Factor security and choosing a password (other than 12345 or ASDFG) that gives a hard time to spammers.

Third: How do they charge you?

This is factual and can not be answered unless you go to each website and confirm it yourself.

As per my analysis, exchanges charge between 0.1% to 2.5%. Bittrex, one of the largest exchange, charge 0.25% of order.

Information about fees are usually listed under FAQ section of each website, you may consult to find updated information.
