Each project that announces the sale of ICO will always have the accompanying purchase guide. Depending on the organization of each project, the purchase method is different.
Since most ICOs currently use blockchain Ethereum, many of these instructions will focus on how to purchase ERC-20 tokens.
Projects running on NEO, QTUM, ICON ... will be updated in the coming time.
Often, projects running on Ethereum's platform, there will be a way to purchase the ICO as follows:
Option 1:
- You register the account on the website of the project
- Load ETH into account
- When the ICO sells, you just log on to the website to buy.
- Once the purchase is completed, the token will be updated in your account, so you can withdraw your wallet MEW to save your property or move to the floor sale.
Option 2:
- You register the account on the website
- When the ICO opens, you login to your account will see an ETH address appear
- You transfer the ETH number you want to join the ICO to this address
