To survive, a man had to be afraid of everything new, and try to keep the old. Evolution has always been slow because of this fear of any changes.

Do I have to try to change myself? On the one hand, yes - otherwise it is impossible to achieve a personal career for yourself, it is impossible to earn. A person who does not want to change anything will always remain deep down. On the other hand, any change is a risk, and not always justified.
