7 months is the time we spent waiting for the return of KuCoin Spotlight, and finally, it's here!
A few days ago, the People’s Exchange announced that the KuCoin Spotlight is back and they even tweeted out a fun challenge for us to predict the next spotlight project and its return on investment. Now, I'm sure many users were scratching their heads, wondering why it took months for KuCoin to launch another news for the next Spotlight Project after the 24th Spotlight token sale. I was curious too, but it turns out there's a pretty interesting reason for the long wait.
So the reason why it took some time for KuCoin to launch a new Spotlight token sale is because the team was working hard on some major upgrades to the system. Makes sense, right? Good things take time and all that. But the good news is, they're done now and the upgrade is finally completed!
According to the official announcement, the upgrade is focused on enhancing the user experience, with improvements to everything from page interactions to UI design, making it more user-friendly, intuitive, and visually pleasing. Sounds like they really put in some work to make it better for us.
KuCoin Introduces New Participation Rules to Increase Fairness and Transparency
In addition to the epic upgrades of KuCoin Spotlight, a “Brand-New Participation Rules” has been introduced as well. The goal is to make things more transparent and fair when it comes to ticket allocation, while also making it super easy for everyone to join in on the excitement. Goes to show that they're really trying to up their game.
To give fill you in on the new participation rules for KuCoin Spotlight, users can only particpate by holding the designated tokens. And then, when they're deciding how many tickets you get, they look at the total Net Asset Value (NAV) in your account. So the more you've got, the more tickets you can potentially score.
To highlight, KuCoin's gonna use the denominated USDT value of some currencies every day to figure out how many tickets users can get for the event. And they're including their accounts - Main, Trading, Margin, Futures, Trading Bot, Financial, and Wealth.
