Untuk itu langsung saja saya paparkan apa-apa saja yang harus disiapkan untuk membuat masakan tersebut.
Bahan-bahannya.
Teri Basah : 500gr.
Kelapa : 20gr.
Bawang merah : 20gr.
Cabe Merah : 30gr.
Asam Jeruk : 80gr.
Daun mangkokkan : 4lbr.
Kunyit : 1rs.
Jahe : 1 rs.
Sere : Secukupnya.
Garam : Secukupnya.
Asam Sunti : Secukupnya.
Daun pisang : secukupnya.

Ikan Teri dibagi dalam empat bagian, kemudian dibungkus dengan daun pisang dan dipanggang diatas seng. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
