As the title above must be a friend Steemians will imagine the origin of the cuisine. Yes one of Aceh is very popular cuisine, especially at weddings, this dish is always accompanying the event If we talk to the typical dishes of Aceh I think will never end. Yes besides having a typical cuisine aceh also have a culture and of course Islamic Shari'a is very thick.
Seperti judul diatas pasti sahabat Steemians akan terbayang asal dari masakan tersebut. Ya salah satu masakan aceh ini sangat digemari terutama di saat pesta pernikahan, masakan ini selalu menyertai acara tersebut
Kalau kita berbicara dengan masakan khas Aceh kayaknya tidak akan pernah habis-habisnya. Ya selain punya masakan khas aceh juga punya budaya dan tentunya Syariat Islam yang sangat kental.

- Red Chilli: 50 gr.
- Turmeric: 2 rs (20 grams).
- Ginger: 30 rs (20 grams).
- Pala: 1 pcs (10gr).
- Coriander: 10 gr.
- Garlic: 2 sg (10gr).
- Onion: 50 gr.
- Pecan: 50 gr.
- Sere: 1btg.
- Pepper: 2 tsp (10gr).
- Cumin: 1 tsp (5gr).
- Cardamom: 7bh.
- Cinnamon: 1 rs.
- Onion Bombai: 40 gr.
- Coconut Gonseng: 100 gr.
- Sunti Acid: 3 pcs (30 grams).
- Chopped Meat: 25 gr.
- Salt to taste.
*Oke langsung saja saya akan berbagi reseb kuah leumak bak pisang ini.
Berikut bahan-bahannya.
- Umbun Pisang : 400 gr.
- Buah Kelapa : 350 gr.
- Cabe Merah : 50 gr.
- Kunyit : 2 rs (20 gr).
- Jahe : 30 rs (20 gr).
- Pala : 1 bh (10gr).
- Ketumbar : 10 gr.
- Bawang Putih : 2 sg (10gr).
- Bawang Merah : 50 gr.
- Kemiri : 50 gr.
- Sere : 1btg.
- Lada : 2 sdt (10gr).
- Jintan : 1 sdt (5gr).
- Kapulaga : 7bh.
- Kayu Manis : 1 rs.
- Bawang Bombai : 40 gr.
- Kelapa Gonseng : 100 gr.
- Asam Sunti : 3 bh (30 gr).
- Daging Cincang : 25 gr.
- Garam : Secukupnya.

Setelah masak baru diangkat dan Masakan kuah bak pisang siap dihidangkan.
