I want to start posting a Kung Fu video each day to go along with my Kung Fu training posts. These videos are just videos that I like. Some are in the Northern Shaolin style I teach and some are not, but they are all great performances none the less. Some will be of actual Shaolin monks at the temple and others will be students of schools around the world.
Today's video is of the Lien Bu Chuan Form. This is the 1st beginner form I teach my students. This is one of my Shifu's students and was videoed years ago at his school in New Jersey.
