L Repas is a fully traditional Venezuelan Food.
We make the tipical Arepa, filled with Multiples and various delicacies such as meatloaf, chicken larded, fish, cheese, jam, etc....
Arepa, is made with corn flour, butter, salt and water, and is shaped disk, well round of around 10 or 12 cm diameter and around 1 or 1,5 cm thick.
Anither tipical dish is the Pabellon, a plate of stewed black beans, rice, fried plantains, meatloaf and some grated white cheese. As well Creole style fish soups, meat or chicken.
Our restaurant is located in Playa El Yaque, Isla Margarita, Venezuela.
