I have a pretty strong working relationship with most of my colleagues; but, someday, somebody is gonna have to explain to me how anybody, much less most people, have a job building truss, rigging lights, generally working with heavy gear, and they don't even have a mutlitool, a crescent wrench, or a pair of gloves.
Maybe it makes sense to not be taking a set of socket wrenches to work every day. Still, today, a guy ran up to the cage looking for a crescent wrench or a lighting tool, assuming that nobody had one, and I had all of the lights off of the truss before he got back.
Guys, we're doing this kind of stuff every day. You're burning your hands on a regular basis because you won't spring for a pair of gaffer gloves.
