میخوام براتون از ماسکهای تقویتی صورت که خودم استفاده میکنم پست بزارم🍑🍌🥒🍋🍓🍏🍉🥥🥚🍯🍍
ماسک صورت یکی از موارد مهم برای داشتن پوستی زیبا، شفاف و سالم است. در این پست قصد دارم چند ماسک ارزان قیمت خانگی را به شما آموزش دهم که می تواند روی صورت شما معجره کند.✨😍

عوامل زیادی مثل استرس، کار کردن زیاد، کم خوابی و مشکلات سلامتی باعث می شوند پوست صورت خسته به نظر برسد. برای این مشکل هم مثل تمام مشکلات دیگر راه حلی وجود دارد. با این دستور ماسک های صورت زندگی و شادابی را به پوست تان باز گردانید و حس خوبی نسبت به ظاهرتان داشته باشید😃
🍋🥔 #Lemon and #Potato mask
ingredients :
a potato
Water is half a lime
👩🔬Preparation:
Grind the potatoes and pour into the container. Then add lemon juice to it and stir it.
Massage the mask by circular motion and rinse thoroughly after 20 minutes.
This mask is very useful for removing the sunscreens created on the face. After 3 nights use this mask to notice the disappearance of patches on the skin.
🍋🥔 ماسک لیمو و سیب زمینی
مواد لازم :
1 عدد سیب زمینی
آب نصف لیمو
👩🔬طرز تهیه :
سیب زمینی را آسیاب کرده و داخل ظرفی بریزید. سپس آب لیمو را به آن اضافه کرده و هم بزنید.
ماسک را با حرکت دایره وار به صورت ماساژ دهید و بعد از ۲۰ دقیقه با آب بشوئید.
این ماسک برای از بین بردن لکه هایی که در اثر آفتاب روی صورت بوجود آمده اند بسیار مفید است. بعد از ۳ شب استفاده از این ماسک متوجه ناپدید شدن لکه های روی پوست می شوید.
#Cucumber mask🥒🥚
ingredients :
1 cucumber
1 egg whites
Preparation:
Knead the egg whites to bake. Then grate the cucumber (2 tablespoons grated cucumber). Add the cucumber to the bloated egg whites and stir.
When the mask is ready, face it and wash it after 15 minutes.
It masks the skin, refreshes the pimples, opens the pores and eliminates wrinkles under the eyes.
🥒🥚ماسک خیار
مواد لازم :
1 عدد خیار
1 عدد سفیده تخم مرغ
طرز تهیه :
سفیده تخم مرغ را با هم زن بزنید تا پف کند. سپس خیار را رنده کنید (۲ قاشق غذاخوری خیار رنده شده نیاز داریم) خیار را به سفیده تخم مرغ پف کرده اضافه کرده و هم بزنید.
هنگامی که ماسک آماده شد آن را به صورت بزنید و بعد از ۱۵ دقیقه بشوئید.
این ماسک پوست را تازه می کند، جوش ها را درمان می کند، منافذ پوست را باز می کند و چین و چروک های زیر چشم را از بین می برد
🍋 #Lemon Mask
ingredients :
1 egg white egg🥚
1 teaspoon of honey🍯
1 teaspoon milk🥛
1 teaspoon lemon juice🍋
Some buckwheat powder🌾
Preparation:
Knead the egg whites to bake. Add the remaining ingredients to egg whites and stir. Add a little oatmeal to make it more viscous.🥣
🍋 ماسک لیمو
مواد لازم :
1 عدد سفیده تخم مرغ🥚
1 قاشق چای خوری عسل🍯
1 قاشق چای خوری شیر🥛
1 قاشق چای خوری آب لیمو🍋
مقداری پودر بلغور جو🌾
طرز تهیه :
سفیده تخم مرغ را با هم زن بزنید تا پف کند. باقی مواد را به سفیده تخم مرغ اضافه کنید و هم بزنید. برای این که مواد چسبناک تر شود کمی پودر بلغور جو به آن اضافه کنید.🥣
Carefully scrub the mask and remove the napkin after 15 minutes and then rinse it with water.💆♀
This mask removes blemishes, heals skin and illuminates the skin.👌

ماسک را با دقت به صورت بزنید و بعد از ۱۵ دقیقه با دستمال پاک کنید و بعد با آب بشوئید.💆♀
این ماسک جای جوش ها را از بین می برد، ئخشکی پوست را درمان می کند و رنگ پوست را روشن می کند.👌
