Visitors coming to the inaugural ceremony of the Lalon Center in Montreal
The journey of Lalon Center began in Montreal in the hope of writing bridges in art, culture and philosophy. The center was inaugurated on 1 December at the SSMU Ballroom of McGill University.
The event, which began in the evening at seven in the evening, was divided into two phases. Center's President Muktijoddha Didar A Hossain highlighted the importance of cultural movement in the first phase of the discussion about the identity of the Lalon Center and for building a non-communal, liberal and human society. Madam Mary Derrose, City Councilor of Park Extension, Montreal, was the chief guest at the ceremony.
Déroche said that he came to the inauguration of the Lalon Center and realized that it is not like other community organizations. In a multi-lingual society, the combination of different cultures, integrates society, creates beauty. The Lalon Center introduces today's program as trilingual (Bengali, English, French), it is very important. He promised that the council will receive the utmost support in the effort to combine different groups of constraints, through the culture practice of the Lalon Center.
Another guest of the ceremony, the director of the Montreal Academy of International Languages and Fine Arts, Jennifer Davos began his discussion in Bengali. He said that it is important to communicate with other speakers of the community as well as their unity. Only the prosperity of Bengali culture, culture and folklore will be possible only when the Bengali organizations will work beyond division.
President of Lalon Center presented the memorandum presented to the people of Lalo’s song. In the episode of Rokeya Chowdhury's performance, Sadman Shahriar and Imran Kayas spoke on the occasion of graduation and postgraduate students of McGill University.
Music artist Mahmuduzzaman Babu and Anju Chanda performed four songs of Lalon in the cultural scene. Anup Chowdhury Mithu and Yasir Imran Haider were involved in the instrumentation. Then, together with 'We will win' song, Chandrima Trina Dhar, Emon Dear, Chinmoy Dhar and Diya Dear Mahmuduzzaman Babu, Sarah Jasmine and Jinnat Farah Naj presenting the main theme of Bangla, English and French songs. At the time of the cultural festival, the translation of the magnets of the song in English and French was flashed. Apart from this, the placards were arranged in different colors of citations of Bangla, English and French songs in the auditorium. This trilingual event is officially ended thanks to the supporters of the Lalon Center and the well-wishers. Lalon Center presented the speech of liberation warfare researcher Tajul Mohammed.
