La Trinidad Panorama

Here is my Tuesday contribution to @juliank's @photocontests for #landscapephotography.

This is taken using Nikon D5000.

These are two panoramic photos taken in La Trinidad.

Cordillera Ranges

This was taken on our way to Mt. Yangbew. We walked on the other side of the mountain particularly Beckel Road. This is the panoramic view that you will see as you pass that road. These are part of the mountains of Benguet and Mt. Province that make up Cordillera.

La Trinidad Panorama

The photo above is a panoramic view of the valley where I live, La Trinidad. This was taken at the northern part. There is a road that cuts through Km. 3 up the mountain and it connects to a soon to be developed subdivision and condominium units. This is a border between #Baguio-City and La Trinidad. The highest peak on the right side of the photo is Mt. Yangbew. La Trinidad valley is in the middle of mountains and hills giving it a look of a crater of a volcano.

Trees do not grow in La Trinidad anymore. Instead more and more residential houses sprouts like a mushroom.

This area will soon rise a subdivision by one of the biggest real estate builder and developer here in Northern Luzon. Can you spot two water buffalos? The white spots on the lower part of the photo are wild white roses. It is noticeable that red is the color of the earth here in valley and we are surrounded by limestones.

This was taken at the west side of the valley. Mt. Kalugong is the highest spot in the background. That's another good vantage point for a good view of the valley. Right next to that is Mt. Yangbew but it is not seen in this shot.

The night shot was taken in Mt. Yangbew during one early morning walk for a sunrise view. I remember this particular early morning because it was windy and it was blowing cold strong and biting. It is hard to take photos on this spot. It was windier at the top but good thing as the morning came the wind intensity lessened.
