The first Soviet laptop "Electronica MS 150" was released in 1992.
As a prototype used a small portable computer T1100 PLUS Toshiba company.
Initially had a price 550$.

CPU: KR1834VM86 at a clock rate of 4.77 MHz and 7.16 MHz in turbo mode.
Bit Processor: 16 bit
Data bus width: 8 bits
Memory: RAM - 640 KB
Video Display: CGA (640x200 pixels / 4 shades of gray or 80x25 characters)
Total weight: 4.5 kg (with batteries)
