Laughter is a natural response to the stimuli our personalities find funny, whether in the form of images, sounds, physical sensations or memories.

We have all heard that "laughter is the best medicine" and, like most of these statement, there is some truth. The positive effects of laughter and sense of humor cover not only the psychological aspects, but also physical and lifestyle aspects. 


In fact, laughter is an important aspect of life. And it has been shown to have beneficial effects on the human body in different ways. Just check out these  benefits of laughter.
