Prove It's Not You: Case Raises Dangerous Precedent for Artists and Content Creators

This is truly scary, this sets the precedent that not only are you guilty until proven innocent (which saddly seems to be how things are going), but also that the burden of proof now lies on the defense instead of the prosecution. I am no lawyer by any means but I am pretty sure that there are laws in place to prevent this. The new norm however seems to enforce the idea that these laws no longer apply to the officials that are supposed to enforce them. (looks sideways at Hillary Clinton)

There are indeed laws in place to prevent this, but are there still people in the legal system willing to apply or enforce them? When judges/prosecutors are considered "above the law" tyranny reigns!

As an ancient proverb puts it: "When the righteous increase, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan" (Proverbs 29:2).
