The terms, "suspect" and "criminal," no longer mean anything:

"If we do not reject the classification of suspect, being defined more and more broadly everyday, you and your family and your friends, will be penalized, robbed and imprisoned at a higher and higher rate.  People who are doing so under what is called "color of authority," and "color of law."  Under the protection and force of the state and it is all being done under a profit motive."  (It's greed, and it's wrong, and it has got to be stopped before it robs us of ever getting to know our true brothers and sisters, our mothers or our fathers and our aunts and uncles.  You want to know these people "for real" but you won't ever get to know their true potentials after the states get a hold of your natural rights, and fuck them to high hell and kingdom piss forever.)  

"It's taking your livelihood out of pure greed and calling it legitimate government business.  You cannot call the cops, when the cops are robbing you.  It does no good to write to your congressmen when your congressmen are robbing you.  And, they love to brainwash us.  They love to talk about paying our debt to society.  The criminal does not have a debt to society, or to Big Government.  The criminal only has a debt to hos/her victim.  When was the last time you heard of a court taking a "fine" and giving it to any victim?  Judges actually take a portion of those fines you pay and put them into their own pension funds.  You say, they have a conflict of interest here, when a judge sees you walk into his courtroom, he cannot see you, when he can only see dollar signs." 

"If we are ever to have justice in this country, we are going to have to look at the concept of crime very differently.  We are going to have to insist that in order for something to be truly criminal there must be a victim filing a complaint or claim.  There must be an injury, damage or loss caused to a human being which requires remedy.  If there is no injured party, there is no crime and there is no criminal.  I know that our laws, codes and regulations see differently, but the moral and legal principle on which our country was founded, if you have not caused injury, if you have not harmed anyone, you are innocent and you may not be penalized."

"Media propaganda is saying that we are all criminals.  And, we must be spied on, controlled, and penalized constantly so that we will all behave ourselves and chaos will not erupt erratically.  Education, law and government has trained us to think that any behavior is criminal, if there is a law, code or regulation calling it that.  Calling something criminal, does not make something criminal just as calling something fruit juice doesn't make it fruit juice.  In order for your to have a crime you must have an injury, and the intention on the part of the criminal to cause that injury, or some evidence of negligence where the injury should have been prevented.  Believe it or not - rolling through a stop sign isn't a crime.  Speeding itself is not a crime, unless the speeding is the direct cause of an accident.  Whether or not speeding causes the accident, the crime is not speeding, rather the crime is causing the accident.  Sometimes, you can avoid a collision by speeding, so speeding itself is not a crime.  By telling us that speeding is in it of itself a crime, your government takes hundreds of millions of dollars from drivers every year.  And in most cases no one was injured or damaged in any way."  

"Sure, speeding is often hazardous, but the proper way to deal with that is to penalize people who cause an accident by doing it, rather than just stealing all of our money that we already don't have away from us.  Penalizing a behavior for behaviors sake is simply a way to cast a huge net over society and penalize and rob millions of innocent people, everyday without providing any real deterrent or any public benefit from it.  It is pure theft and massive unjust government enrichment."

Unless knowledge is soon a crime, people are going to be outraged, because of how pushed that they are.  And, most people know what I'm talking about who understand this theory.  But, I've been pushed by government forces, and outside of my control forces that aren't allowing me to be a human being.  I'm a slave.  I'm a servant to their needs, and if I can't pay their needs, I'm being made quickly into a criminal where my intentions were and always will be for good.  If I can't get protection in the manners that have happened to me, there is no justice within the system, and you cannot tell me that it's going to give me any - anytime soon.  They just have no plan to.  Unless someone can come and make me whole for what I've experienced, I will never have liberty, where the things that have been happening to me - have happened already.  I cannot simply go back and get the years that these thugs have wasted on creating me to become angry, depressed, or even suicidal - feeling as though there is no way out, because they simply do not care.  They don't want to help me make the money, they don't want to protect my right to make the money, and by not paying the money, they can't allow me to go and get, they can penalize me for the actions that I cannot get the money.  So which way is it?  Do you want me to make you some more money, and be a law janitor to wipe up your messes that you've created for me, or do you want me to sit and stew on it for awhile until I can't pay my bills that are court ordered to pay?  I simply cannot agree with a system that allows for a people neither to become wealthier to enrich themselves, or end up poor and unable to pay while still landing yourself in a jail cell.   When natural rights vanish into thin air, I can't become either enriched, or empowered, or just remain a citizen who's rights have vanished, and end up in the street, when the whole goal is to get people into jails.  How am I free?  How do I have 1, just 1, protected right to live and breathe if this is happening to me, rather than me doing anything at all?

When I try to do the right thing, I'm being stopped and penalized with $1000's of the slave money that I have to work hard to get, where every single work hour seems to be going to you in fines, fee's and other unnecessary things and when I am left to work, and do my work, I'm still being entrapped into a life that I cannot get out of debt.  So, I feel I'm pushed to the brink.  I feel aggravated to become like you want me to become and become the criminal that I'm not.  I'm pushed to feel as though I need to rob a bank or do something stupid to survive in this country where I'm neither left alone to do my work, and when I am able to work, I'm still not able to make it.  And, for the most part, as soon as I'm back up on my feet trying to protect my "privilege" to drive in this country, I'm neither able to keep that job, or keep paying my court ordered child support because I'm being harassed and intimidated by police, causing me to have to spend even more money that I do not have.  Which leaves me in a whirlwind of being broke.

Take where I lived for an example.  If I never had an infestation that wasn't taken care of to begin with, I and my defendant would have never got into an argument at all, and if I was able to get a hold of an attorney that would see the tragic of the situation that I felt, and say this cannot and will not go on anymore and sue that people that caused the real injured party, which was I and my mom, then I would have gotten some justice after the incident was already done.  But, instead of this happening, I am now terminated from my things for the third time in my life, I am stopped from seeing my family as though I would have been able to, and if I was paid right, I would have had a car, and I would have been paying not only these fucked up fines created over me but the child support as well, and I would maybe be even able to be a father to my son.  I was fighting for my life back, and I was fighting to see my son, and take care of business, but in this country the land of the free and raped youth, you cannot fight for your families, you cannot fight for your sons and daughters, and you cannot fight for your own mother without the government coming in to get involved and create you into some criminal, or a thing to protect from it.  It's not protecting me from the government though, because that's not what they do.  It isn't protecting me from being able to get my work hours that are still owed to me, and it wasn't going to protect me from the landlords behaviors that screwed us up to begin with.  It was never designed by our new framers of the legal system to protect me and my rights at all.  And, it was a shame that this government thinks that it's doing a good job at all.

So, next time, you feel as though you are doing a great job, go pat yourself on the backs and bat your lashes at the Devil for doing such a wonderful job for the real god that you slave after...  your money, your greed, and stomping out American rights for forever.  Unless the people get up and stand up for one another, we are going to constantly be betrayed by the thing that we are supposed to go to, when we need help.  But, when they are robbing you, kicking you in the back, I'm afraid to say that these people are not the people that you go to, to ask for help, when they only help they want to give you is to kick you down and hurt you worse.  It's a sad sad place to call a people free - this - America.  I can't feel free, I do not feel safe, and I sure as hell can't trust what media comes out from their television broadcasting.  I hate your sitcoms and you news, and all that you run with, because you are the problem, and you're not making things better in America, rather you are making things harder and harder, and just plain worse for the innocent in America.  

Fuck you slave governance!  Go be a cop you choppy sappy ass holes, and don't hesitate to throw yourselves into a lake of fire, because you're all going to go to a hell!
