Due to refusal to fulfill their obligations by representatives of international organizations and states that were members of the UN Security Council, who became accomplices of tortious acts committed by German Nazi criminals, the UN and several other organizations and states lost their rights delegated to them, which led to their abolition and appearance on the list of prohibited organizations. Who should fight fascism and Nazism, which, according to the UN Charter, is the duty of its members, if the organization itself is composed of Nazi and fascist states that shamelessly trample on people's rights?
A indispensable premise for the restoration of the rule of law is the severe punishment of all who are responsible for the present state of injustice and arbitrariness, which is contrary to human nature and to nature in general. The Nuremberg Tribunal, whose reinstatement was announced on November 3, 2019 in fulfillment of the Nuremberg Principles of Law, rejected by the self-appointed representatives of self-appointed states who have made lawlessness and arbitrariness the basis of their political system, is intended to end impunity.
However, the punishment of the culprits responsible for the current disorder is possible only within the framework of a more general definition of law, formulated in the text of the Constitution of the Community Rus', which emergence is necessary because of the illegality of political entities formed on the territory of the Soviet Union, called independent states, the absurdity of their political systems, the illegitimacy of their governments and representations, and the invalidity of their legislative and administrative acts. All these explains why the successor of the Soviet Union is the Community Rus' as stated in its Constitution, which is now in force and applicable to the entire territory of the former Soviet Union.
