Adverse / perverse incentives of solicitors compensated from legal aid who have entrenched incentives of keeping parties hostile rather than reaching agreement

LEGAL AID

It is the working people who pay the bill.

We can also argue: "in the best interest of the children"

I have reasonable grounds to believe that responsiveness to the email could lead to potential resolution of the case.

I do not agree that not responding to 8 consecutive email over the course of a month is in the best interest of their client.

Or maybe there is - I'll allow Law Society to assess.
