How to be a good Leader and a team player

Have you ever faced a situation where you are not able to connect with your teammates or is it happening that people don't agree with you on a particular thing? Don't worry I will suggest some tricks which might help you.
Being associated with many teams these are things I have faced and even continue to face but yes there are improvements. These were certain problems I faced
1)members not agreeing with me on my idea
2)members didn't take my opinion much
3)there would be small fights stating who is better.
and many more I would like you to focus more on what can be done instead of what is being done I have learned these out of the experience
1)always try to say in interests of others this creates a feeling that you are making the other person feel special
2)Do not reject anyone proposal directly eg Don't say "this is not possible' or 'this is wrong' instead say; anything better ' or 'i expected better out of you'
3)Be a listener as you know we have been given two ears and one mouth. This will give you a lesser rejection
4)appreciate others even though they have done or not done any work.
5)Be positive and smile whenever you talk to anyone
6)Try to call people out by their name it makes them feel special
7)If a person tries to be egoistic then favor him once or twice after that if he is wrong then tell him in an indirect manner.
8)Greet everyone whoever it may be.
