I've led many teams, and I've seen many depart by the wayside, and didn't finish. Not finishing can become a cycle if left unchecked. Not finishing usually begins with a minor, seemingly insignificant, distraction; your attitude, your environment, your friends, your greed, or maybe the words you speak.
That distraction shifts your focus and sets you away from your original target.
Keep your eyes on the prize.
Be steadfast.
My current team knows how to finish.
