Bird's Nest Fern (Asplenium Antiquum)

This fern, whose botanical name is asplenium antiquum, is from a group of ferns known as bird's nest ferns.

It is a green fern that can grow to be two to three feet long and has slightly leathery leaf tissue.

This fern is native to temperate East Asia in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan and grows on cliffs, dark forests and tree trunks.
