Iron cross begonia, with scientific name begonia masoniana, is a species of plant in the family Begoniaceae.
This plant is a rhizomatous perennial begonia native to southern China and northern Vietnam.
It grows to 0.5 meters and has large, asymmetrical, textured green leaves covered with reddish hair.
In the center of each leaf is a prominent dark brown pattern reminiscent of the German Iron Cross.
