DEW’s as there called are weapons that can eject high power energy burst in a short amount of time to a physical person, house or other building like a church or mosque. Most of these weapons are satellite based stemming from communication satellites that have microwave dishes mounted on them that can be used to deliver an energetic payload to anyone or anything on the planet. Other directed energy weapons consist of using distributed attacks on the power grid via DDOS nowadays because of smart meter technologies. Which can be cyber attacked by just about anyone in range of one using a hijacked WiFi router connected to other WiFi devices that are in range of a smart meter.
With each DEW attack human consciousness and unconsciousness is channeled either into a person or building with lots of people in it. That would be possessed by the foreign introduction of consciousness and unconsciousness via that directed energy attack. The idea is that whoever launched that attack was to trying subdue the person or persons that might be constituted as a threat by that attacker. However the side effect of an attack like that is it effects everyone in the vicinity and channels the consciousness of what I would describe as evil people all the way down the electrical grid. This would be minds and consciousness of dangerous criminals, terrorists, radicals and activists who more interested in disrupting the lives of law abiding western citizens. Because those dangerous criminals, terrorists, radicals and activists have a left leaning political and social agenda which spills over into an Islamist agenda.

A lot of people will say it’s the government but I don’t think the government has the time to carry out attacks like this especially when there overwhelmed by politics and law makers trying to interfere with the due process of law. I am convinced by my own research that it is the unions and their radical counterparts that are within the unions circles that carry out these cowardly DEW attacks on the normal walks of life. Take the electrical union for example they have access to equipment and resources that can increase the power output to any home, business or any building on the electrical grid. The satellite attacks would be carried out by underground hackers collectives who have ties to the unions through political associations. That would know how to hijack a satellite ground station using multiple VPN’s and Tor relays to conceal there location and identity from the authorities.
