Hypothetical Camp Ground Report

Doc was asked to provide an example of the information exchange required for business in a sovereign community. This post is a mock report from 'camp ground host' to 'faith and trust union' tracking details of operation for one month, as filed to the 'scribe guild'.

Camp Ground Report - May 15, 2018 : Covering April 2018

Campground has six of twenty sites occupied as of April 30. Total resident count equals 13 human and 4 pets. Site # 2, 6, 9, 10, 14 and 17 are in use.
Sites 2 and 10 each have full time occupation at $200 per month
Sites 6, 14 and 17 are weekly occupation at $60 per week
Site 9 is a tent camper at $8 per day
The current work exchange rate is $10 per hour.
There were 37 work exchange hours paid during April
Attached documentation includes a chart of the daily population and a list of resident motor vehicles on site.

The merchantile exchange had $474 in receipts thru the cash register.
The merchantile spent $250 on resupply, $200 on new items for sale and $35 on a county fee.
The current merchantile inventory was completed March 31, the next inventory is due June 30. Current inventory balance is $1750

Campground formal activity began in earnest this month.

Four bows and 30 arrows, plus two targets with metal easels were acquired for campground use.

Six fish were caught from the pond. Each was thrown back. Ten dollars were spent on fishing supplies, for rods were loaned out for day use.

The soccer field area was mowed twice during April, the field was lime lined on April 23. Goal nets were set on frames on April 26. No soccer games have been played yet, there are people kicking balls around during the day.

Neither the tennis court nor the swimming pool was used in April.

A group of eleven people took a hike up the mountain pass trail, with the equipment required for basic trail maintenance. We appreciated this volunteer effort and provided a bonfire and cookout dinner on April 13.

There were seven private vehicles on site during April, not counting temporary residences.

Great report. An awesome example of the simplicity of The ART to do away with so much overhead and duplicitous complexity.

... but that campfire is WAY too close to that word pile my friend ; )
