I will track my experiences from the 80's! Perhaps in metaphores and fantasy form! I was never able to get far into those almost mystical narrative ways of thinking. I think a relaxed place in my mind would allow me to start that process. I at least feel a pull that my thoughts could be abstracted in ways.
