Dear Steemian!!

My Coffee Painting Study continues and now it's the #9. unexpected study coffee painting has been so far, I like it so much and understand more about the use of coffee as a medium of painting. It's really fun to enjoy coffee while painting with it. Today I painted a special arabica coffee plant I created it for the #letusdraw contest organized by @lianaakobian and also sponsored by @nuturicia with the theme "the plan"t. I found this contest last night and I really wanted to participate in her first contest.

Study Coffee Paintingku berlanjut dan sekarang sudah yang ke #9. Tak terasa study coffee painting sudah sejauh ini, saya semakin suka dan semakin paham tentang pemanfaatan kopi sebagai media lukis. Ini benar benar sangat menyenangkan saat menikmati kopi sambil melukis dengannya. Hari ini saya melukis objek tanaman kopi arabica yang khusus saya buat untuk kontes #letusdraw yang diselenggarakan oleh @lianaakobian dan juga disponsori oleh @nuturicia dengan tema tanaman. Saya menemukan kontes ini tadi malam dan saya sangat ingin berpartisipasi pada kontes pertamanya ini.

It's All About Coffee

This theme is what I think after seeing thumnail of the contest. I was supposed to make this object from the first, from which the coffee that always comes inspiration in my life if not from the plant. I must admit coffee has increased my passion in working so far. Once again I say, "for me a glass of coffee can give a million inspirations". Therefore, I want to always make something with coffee, no friends is not too problem but without coffee it's a big problem. Haha is so roughly.

Tema ini lah yang saya pikirkan setelah melihat thumnail dari kontes tersebut. Seharusnya saya dari dulu membuat objek ini, darimana datangnya kopi yang selalu memberikan inspirasi dalam hidupku jika bukan dari tamanannya. Harus ku akui kopi sudah meningkatkan gairahku dalam berkarya selama ini. Sekali lagi saya katakan bagiku segelas kopi bisa memberikan sejuta inspirasi. Oleh karena itu saya ingin selalu membuat sesuatu dengan kopi, tidak ada teman tidak terlalu masalah tapi tanpa kopi itu masalah besar. Haha begitu lah kira-kira.

Let's Start it

What do we need? Do not think too much, because we just need a glass of coffee and a pack of nescafe, a pencil, a sheet of paper and a brush and the most important is spirit. Make yourself as comfortable as possible and start playing your instrument.

Apa yang kita butuhkan? Jangan berpikir terlalu jauh, karena kita hanya membutuhkan segelas kopi dan sebungkus nescafe klasik, sebatang pensil, selembar kertas dan kuas serta semangat yang paling utama. Buat diri kita senyaman mungkin dan mulai mainkan alatmu.

Made a sketch on paper with a mechanical pencil or use any pencil you want.

Buat sebuah sketsa di atas kertas dengan pensil mekanik atau gunakan pensil apapun yang kamu mau.

The sketch is over, pour a spoonful of coffee in your glass into a container or a pallet. Block all the sketches we've created with brushes.

Sketsa sudah selesai, tuangkan sesendok kopi yang ada dalam gelasmu ke dalam sebuah wadah atau palet. Bloking semua sketsa yang sudah kita buat tadi dengan kuas.

Next, added a little bit of nescafe powder to the coffee mixture, or we may also devide the viscosity of the coffee into different places to facilitate the process. With that thick coffee, added darkness to the object. Here, I started on the leaf. Notice where the darkest place and the direction of light may come.

Selanjutnya, tambahkan sedikit bubuk nescafe ke dalam campuran kopi, atau kita juga boleh membagikan kekentalan kopi ke dalam tempat yang berbeda untuk memudahkan pengerjaannya. Dengan kopi kental itu, tambahkan kegelapan pada pada objek tersebut. Saya disini memulainya pada bagian daun. Perhatikan dimana tempat yang paling gelap dan arah cahaya yang mungkin datang.

Then I continued by painting the fruit of the coffee but not too dark.

Kemudian lanjutkan dengan melukis buah buah kopi tapi jangan terlalu gelap.

The last one is to create a background. In this case, use your creativity and make what you want. Here I made the dots to the entire surface of the paper and added handwriting on it.

Yang terakir ialah membuat background. Dalam hal ini, gunakan kreativitasmu dan buat apa yang kamu inginkan. Disini saya membuat titik-titik ke seluruh permukaan kertas dan menambahkan tulisan tangan diatasnya.

That's the process of making coffee painting. Hopefully this article useful and can make people inspired and try it at home.
