Hello, this is team ZPER!
We are pleased to announce ZPER’s new partnership agreement with a global consulting corporation, XnTree! Joe Kim, the Managing Director of this British start-up, has visited Korea for this very cause. Both partners hope this partnership will become a cornerstone in ZPER’s future global advancement.
Knowing their unfamiliarity to domestic investors, let’s take a closer look at what XnTree is and its affiliation with L39
(Level 39).
As stated above, XnTree is a global start-up consulting corporation based in UK.
In July of 2016, XnTree has opened an Asia Hub and has successfully sent four Korean high-tech startups to the British L39 institution. As an appropriate following measure, they have launched XnTree College in Seoul National University and in University of Incheon to foster and cultivate future startup founders and companies. They are currently working with TIPS program and the Korean ministry of SMEs and startups to realize their goal of sending off at least 20 startups to L39 and the accelerator in Israel.
Jae-Won Cheon, the Korean representative of XnTree, remarked that for Korea to become one of the leaders and the mainstream of the industry 4.0, startups and SMEs need to grow and expand globally under rules and regulations which frees them for much rapid development.
We hope this partnership with XnTree not only strives for ZPER's development and advancement but becomes an inspiration for other startups and SMEs to reach out into the world.
We've carried out an interview with Joe Kim, who has joined ZPER's team of expert advisors through this partnership agreement. Check out the video below for the reasons he has decided to become a part of our team and what he expects from ZPER and this partnership in the near future!

Owned wholly by British real estate corporation Canary Wharf, L39 (Level 39) is world’s greatest nurturing institution and community for fintech enterprises. With more than 1500 global fintech startups hoping to become its member, L39 currently has around 220 companies moved in, and more than 70 of them are from outside of UK, usually from Southern Europe or the US. In October of 2016, a Korean business has moved in for the first time. Once they get accepted into L39, they offer help business achieve scale with support of expert mentors, and access to world class customers. To be accepted into L39, a business must go through an incubating program called ‘Tech City’ and come up with a prototype.
Securing this partnership with XnTree is a great chance for ZPER to step outside national boundaries and into the world. Managing Director Joe Kim of XnTree will also take part in developing ZPER ecosystem as one of our trusted advisors.
Sincerely,
Team ZPER
