So my question is what do you think about Leverage Trading? I want your opinion on leverage trading. It will help to clear other people doubts too.
I want to share my opinion on leverage trading. We know it is highly risky but more profitable trading now a days. For me it is not pure gambling because if we take some precautions we will never lose all funds and we can start again with rest fund. Some points we should remember if we are doing leverage trading. First of all we should never be greedy and always set our profit limit or target price according to market condition and chosen leverage. I think if we follow these rules we will never lose 100% fund in leverage. I hope these rules will help you in leverage trading to make profit evrytime.
Only deposit fund for leverage trading that you can afford to lose and don't regret if you lose.
Your leverage should not be higher than 10x or you can choose 5x, 4x leverage that will be more safe.
Always open your position from very strong support lever or resistance level, the chance of loss will be less.
Always use stoploss when you open your position and try to sell in parts like (25%, 25% 30% & 20%) so that you can make some profit before market changes its mood and reverses.
5.Focus on fundamental analysis and keep updated because crypto market moves according to fundamental analysis. Technical analysis does not work 100%. When FUD's come in the market it suddenly dumps the market and support level does not work that time. Technical analysis comes into play after Fundamental Analysis.
Never use 100% funds for leverage, you can use 20% or 30% from your portfolio.
Most important thing is never be greedy because if you will be greedy you can never set your target price and can never make profit from here.
From these points i can say Leverage is not pure gambling. In gambling , either you win or lose all.
