Netflix has stated that the series had a very high budget, making it impossible maintain it on the air.
The alternative was carried out succesfully, and today we have the final air date of Sense8. On June 8th Netflix will broadcast the final episode of the series, which fans are already eager to see.
The creators of the series are "The Wachowski brothers" (responsible for the famous trilogy "Matrix" and the film adaptation of the English best seller "Cloud Atlas") have been very careful with each individual aspect of every character and raised the flag very high of the community to which they also belong.
Sense8 is a clear image of sexual diversity with which thousands of people belonging to the LGBT+ community are identified.
The creators are no longer "The Wachowski brothers", we must now call them "The Wachowski Sisters", because both of them declared themselves transsexual.
Lana and Lilly Wachowski, have created a splendid and beautiful story that places the aspect of science fiction in the background when they tell the particular stories of each of the characters involved.
Sense8's main plot is centered around the sensorial connection that the 8 main characters have because they were born on the same day, and they are called "Sensates", managing to overcome various adversities with this power.
Although it's not all a bed of roses, because this sensory ability is threatened by a group of people led by another Sensate, who tries to experiment with this gift to obtain mental control of the participants.
Mental communication is a great gift that gives them the ability to communicate with each other, it also helps them to lend each other the virtues and skills that each one has.
This ability that our characters possess is combined with their personal stories, which will test their ability to overcome hardships with the help of their "Sensate" brothers and sisters.
The most outstanding personal stories with which the LGBT + community has managed to feel emotionally identified with are:
