Tuna tomato tart with mottard
Ingredients (6 to 8 people):
1 leafy dough
3 large eggs
10 ml fresh liquid cream
10 cl of milk
1 tablespoon mustard (mustard)
1 can of tuna
2 tomatoes
salt pepper
Preparation:
- The pie dough is spread out and settled in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. .
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, milk and mustard. Add the shredded tuna and tomato cubes. We add salt and pepper.
- Pour the filling over the pie.
- Bake the tuna tomato tart for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven at 190°C.
Feel free to modify this recipe by adding small cubes of cheese, onion rings, or zucchini.
